Wedding Day Make Up!

We recently had a lovely email from Natalie Clark, a Charlotte Balbier bride that got married back in 2010. After her own experience of her wedding day she set up her own business specialising in bridal make up, NC BridalBeauty.


Natalie told us more... “I always had a major love and passion for make up, beauty and all things girly and pretty! From a young age I loved to play with make up and try all the latest beauty products!

I worked and trained hard to gain my qualifications in beauty therapy & make up with a set idea from the beginning, I wanted to own my own business.

I love to work with people, I love listening to a persons story, learning what makes them unique and creating a look for them that will make them feel like a princess yet still like themselves. My passion for make up goes beyond the products themselves but for making people feel good, enhancing a person's natural beauty and features they otherwise wouldn't know how to do and giving them a confidence that glows from within.

My business came about when after my own wedding in June 2010, I absolutely loved the whole process of planning my own wedding, and I knew straight after the business of weddings was something I wanted to be involved in.

I set about my research into other local make up artists, and realised very quickly that I wanted to set up a unique business that could provide the bride with make up on the wedding day but also use my beauty therapy training to be able to do treatments for brides in the run up to the wedding... so that’s where NC BridalBeauty was born!!... The hard work and dedication that has followed has been tiring but sooooo worth it. I am still only in my first year of business but made such an amazing contact of support networks in the industry and had some amazingly lovely reviews from brides that I have worked with so far.

My ethos is still very much on a natural, radiant look for the bride on the wedding day, so that in 50 years time when looking back at the photos it will never date and look timeless.

I am loving working with all the amazing brides I get to meet, and made some great friendships from some of the weddings, as well as wedding fairs, I have attended!

My vision for NC BridalBeauty is to provide each and every bride with a tailor made and bespoke service, making them feel and look amazing! I have many more ideas for NC BridalBeauty for the future enabling me to offer lots more to brides :) So watch this space!”
